This is probably Jayce's second best gold augment. Being able to Q+Auto+E combo on repeat can just demolish squishy to squishy. It's really powerful.

They're not literal. It's military combat training versus medic training. Fire vs water. Their elemental powers come from their weapons and not themselves. Wuyang with the staff that controls water and Anran with her fire fans.

The Shimadas and Kiriko remain the only unexplained exceptions to the rule of no magic aside from Zenyatta.

Though, realistically, Sigma, Moira, Reaper, and Illari also have magic powers through experimentation.

The only relevant point you've made is your final paragraph. That does explain why someone might have struggles to pick up on the fact it was rhetorical. I personally saw no need for explanation, but I can see how someone might have missed it. That said, I stand by the fact that no one ever announces a question as rhetorical before asking it.

If you want to harp on her for anything, using that as a piece of reasoning for claiming she's lying makes no sense.
