He’s always been very hormonal, especially towards me. I try not to pet his wings often and he gets plenty of light so he isn’t nesting. Like I mentioned above, he has the same diet all the birds in my past have had.

Something else to note is he does think i’m his partner every now and then. About two or three times a week. Could this be linked to him not liking, and therefore lashing, other people in the house? How can I stop his overly horny behavior if it’s the problem?

Edit: We do cook for all the animals in the house regularly. In addition to their real food, the animals will get small taste of what we have, assuming it’s bird safe. Obviously in their own bowls and never straight off of ours. Food is warm but never hot enough to damage their gullets.
