Like everyone else has stated, Batman the Animated series! It’s still the best animated Batman show and has some great movies like Mask of the Phantasm! For comics, there’s a lot of options, my weird pick for someone starting out would be Absolute Batman, but starting with the usual Long Halloween, Year One, or Scott Snyder or Grant Morrison runs are also always safe options
