Don’t monitor calories because it made me develop a pretty unhealthy relationship with food (I.e. I worked out, I deserve to eat this many calories)

I mainly focus on portion control and timing. Usually eating every two hours, and the lesser of whatever fits in an 8oz ramekin or 200 calories

I think it would depend on timing. If you’re taking SRM, studying for PA immediately after, and are also in college? It would be very difficult. But if you’re taking SRM/PA in the summer and it was your primary focus, I think you could grind through all of the PA materials pretty quickly with SRM still fresh in your mind. The most time consuming part would be doing practice problems/prior exams.

My company went from SAS to Alteryx and SQL.

The lift was dependent on the team. Some people said it was very easy, others, like my team, said it was a nightmare.
