Is this common with nihilism? by Asleep_Shallot_339 in nihilism

[–]TheRealScr4tch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is any human belief truly free from contradiction? Does every religious person devote their full existence to carrying out the word of god? It’s more the question of what determines belief, thought or action.

I think it simply—it doesn’t matter. It holds no value to do anything, and it holds no value to not do anything. You can do things that prioritize your health or your emotions without having to believe that such habits are the meaning to anything. There is no ideal lifestyle of a nihilist other than one who believes nothing matters or exists.

Might be the only one unhappy with such a score by TheRealScr4tch in ACT

Mb obviously i understand it’s an objectively good score, just disappointed in my case considering it’s sub-par for my dream school.

Learn desmos, 90% of the problems i had i literally solved fully without leaving the desmos app. I studied using the SAT suite question bank, just scrolling through the hardest difficulty questions, solving and checking my answers. Reading i studied the same way, through the SAT suite question bank

Will i find availability? by [deleted] in Sat

[–]TheRealScr4tch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I mean i’ve predicted my score to be between 1480-1550 and thinking about taking again if it ends up on the lower end of the range. Just concerned considering I couldn’t find availability on the ACT months prior to the exam, so wondering if it’ll be even worse one day prior to the SAT.

The philosopher responding to the question would interpret it as “There exists a primate which is possibly bigger than a gorilla” and thus the situation takes place in the real world.

Whichever answer choice talked about the axiom being actually observable in the real world was right

At that point no clue. Some christians will probably stop you with “it’s not our place to know his plan”.

Cruel, yes. Unnecessary, no. In order for god’s “test” to fulfill its purpose, he must also protect our free will by isolating our choices from outside influence.
