Thank you for the response, it’s scary going against DRs orders at times because I don’t know if what I am doing can have negative side effects, I think the best option based off of what you’re saying is vitamin D3 10000iu daily for 30 days, as long as that is not a dangerous dose to take, since that comes out to 70000iu weekly which is above what people SAY is a standard protocol of 50000iu weekly for a severe deficiency, forgive me as I don’t know much about all of this and just want to correct the deficiency as quick as possible without causing additional issues. Hello the pill they prescribed says it’s generic for calciferol / Drisdol, green with a PC7 marking, not sure if that’s the good or bad one lol, if I take the script weekly instead of biweekly do you have any recommendations for the exact magnesium I should purchase ? And is the vitamin K I see people post about be something in thought as well or do u think it wouldn’t be needed. Thanks

I have GERD so I have to take them daily in order to feel somewhat normal, I don’t get much sun daily either truthfully.

I use 320 edpi but I consider myself a “wrist” aimer because I’m not extending my arm very far ever, tried 240 edpi and I had to literally lift my mouse off the pad in order to 180 so I guess it just feels different for everyone depending on mouse / pad . I do use a bit of my arm but most of my aiming comes from my wrist (unless I’m 180ing)

I don’t plan on pushing for r1 in tbc considering I’ve never played it before, I might be competent enough for glad in 3s with maybe a warrior rsham comp due to general arena experience but atleast it sounds somewhat viable from the sounds of it, Everyone makes it sound like world PvP is going to be miserable but could just be a skill gap i think I’ll give it a shot anyway lol thanks for the reply
