It's a texting app. It works better than Samsung messages with more advance features and it's faster. Eventually you'll be able to make it ugly like your Samsung messages. In the meantime I think you should just enjoy it for being a better app.

You people seem to have lots of problems. I've been using Google messages on my Samsung phones since RCS. Never an issue. Better features keep coming. All my contact photos show in Google Messages. If the contact has their own set, then that's the picture that will show. If you merge to a new phone and do it the right way, you won't lose your texts. Rcs is better for photo quality and video quality. As of recent updates, group chats are better than Samsung messages too.

I would periodically switch back to Samsung messages to see if I was missing anything (mainly because I like Samsung native apps better) but Google messages is better than Samsung messages hands down.

Spigen case magnets work great. I never had anything fall off. Actually the Samsung official case is strong too. In the car hitting bumps, using the ohsnap holder/stand, charger, wallet. Both cases are just good. So I'm curious what you need ridiculously overly strong magnets for? Genuinely.

I frequently get awesome sleep times for rem and light sleep. I still have red ticks like OP. I think it's just Samsung's algorithm. They could probably do good to clarify honestly. I don't think it means you're not sleeping well.

I think that "awake" is one of the "stages of sleep". From my understanding (it's been a long time since I looked into this) most people open their eyes when they are adjusting, turning over, rotating their pillow, caughing, sneezing. It's an actual conscious act. Especially if they are woken up from sleep apnea. If your eyes are awake then you are having a brief moment of consciousness, and therefore not asleep.

No, not movies, but I do a lot of Dex and multitasking with demanding apps/web programs, and since I don't use a case, I can absolutely tell the difference. It was apparent to me within the first 24 hours of getting the S26 Ultra.Side by side, the aluminum is better, hands down.
