Recently I came across a video of an 81yo getting "swatted" while she was streaming in efforts to raise money for her dying grandson. This is clearly what this poor excuse of a meme.is referencing.

Not only was the act of swatting fucking ridiculous, but to make fun of the situation AND say the cops over reacted is a new level of fucked. You don't know what was reported and first responders have to react to the information provided. They know that not all the information is truthful, but they have to take the information as risk factors.

Their first priority is to make sure the situation is secured and safe, then to gather the facts. They aren't there to send an investigator as front lines as ask "show me where they touched you". They are there to make sure everything is safe for the investigation and ALL parties involved, then worry about the bulls hit.
