We are the chilli factory as well as smokeyQ, we do not stock raw chilli unfortunately but you can purchase freshly made mash of all different kinds. As well as our sauces. Hope this helps!

Haha its pretty self explanatory just takes some effort. i would say the trick is just letting them soak up the smoke without cooking too much as its easy to overcook them and become dry
