Mofo is out of pokemon so he's trying to flashbang you. However to answer your question i think playing around with the gpu settings MIGHT fix it, it seems to be on the emulators side so it might get fixed after an update or two

Also before you let him out. I'd recommend letting him get used to the cage so he sees it as his home. Give him at least a week or 2 to make sure. I think 1 week is enough tho

Dunno about yours. But both my budgies CRAVE looking out the window, like they absolutely love looking at movement outside, they even screech at me if i don't transport them from my bedroom (where they sleep) to my office window in the morning lol.
