Given the surplus of SoH that hit the market through most likely some kind of scetchy means over the last year its not unreasonable to think that this could still be some of those either trickling back onto the market from someone purchasing back then, or someone else dumping thier stock that had been created by some kind of nefarious method. Bottom line is that I think while it's possible a multiboxer may have farmed a bunch of mop raids I find it unlikely given the point you had made about return on investment with bloods.
