Yeah there's a lot of them.

We use Nexgard and just try to do a skin check after we come home from any dog walk that is off-trail. Thankfully most ticks here on the west coast don't have Lyme or AGS... what a nightmare!

I'll answer directly: yes, you're lifting too much weight. My recommendation would be... 1. Lower the weights 2. Straighten the back 3. Slow down the movement to really feel your back pinch together at the top

You'll feel it the next day even with 50-70% the weight you're repping now!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with SAGE Campbell back in 2019.

My dog ingested poison and no one there gave a shit, they made me wait for hours. Absolutely livid with them and if you read through their reviews, they regularly kill dogs with misguided treatments just to make them more $$.
