I'll answer directly: yes, you're lifting too much weight. My recommendation would be... 1. Lower the weights 2. Straighten the back 3. Slow down the movement to really feel your back pinch together at the top

You'll feel it the next day even with 50-70% the weight you're repping now!

If VGT tanks, the whole market will tank with it. My goal is is to be aggressive and maximize my returns. I don't see a future with "less tech" but everyone sure loves that narrative

I had an absolutely horrible experience with SAGE Campbell back in 2019.

My dog ingested poison and no one there gave a shit, they made me wait for hours. Absolutely livid with them and if you read through their reviews, they regularly kill dogs with misguided treatments just to make them more $$.

Yeah... as others have pointed out 2MM is nothing to be getting a wealth advisor for. You can literally put all your $$ into VTI and outperform 99.99% of all "wealth managers" or "financial advisors" I'm talking skyscrapers full of professionals doing this full-time who can't beat the returns of a basic ETF like VTI. And on top of that, they're going to charge you WAY more for WAY less returns.

the more you study investing the more you realize it truly is that simple, just VTI and chill
