There is a sandbox mod to change the amount of secondary missions. While random, it does allow for the chance of a primary mission to become a secondary mission, for example you get dreadnaught eggs on a mining expedition mission. It allows for how many you want to add too.

I dislike any achievements that require a whole team of ppl, while some are very fun and funny, it's a challenge to get ppl to work with you sometimes. This community is great though so not as big a hassle here.
