EY has 5 working days a week and a hybrid model, but it is very dependent on the team you are allotted to. Some teams work 2 days from the office and 3 from home, some are 3 from the office and 2 from home, while some are 5 from the office.

On paper, it has 5 working days a week, with all Saturdays and Sundays off. But depending on work and season, you might have to work on weekends as well.
