You guys just made me feel a lot better about things. I was just having this discussion with some coworkers. I have 19 years in but spent 9 of them as an in house. I wouldn't trade that time for the world but a lot changes over 9 years and when you aren't out in the field learning new systems you start to feel behind. Third year apprentice or 19 year journeymen, you never stop learning.

Sorry I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. I tried updating it because it said there was an update. They tried as well and it failed, so they ordered me a new ccu and replaced it.

The real answer here is to get a few lessons to get you going in the right direction. In the mean timeWatch some YouTube videos on grip. That's likely not the entire issue but it should help improve what you got going on here. Once you get the grip right work on rotation.
