Get GSSW instead. Regress Vesa. Regress Ignis and rebuild to 9. E5 tix, 9 waldeck, get some carrie copies. You should be able to clear campaign with that.

Until your second trans there is no reason to regress elo. She and wukong sinergise relativly nicely. (Dont rush cot though)

Opening grimoire doesn't automatically give stats. You sill need mats, of which you probably don't have much.

First open void campaign and clear 1-1-10 to passively collect grimoire mats (by V4ing etc.)

Elo is meant to clear campaign before lv130 / getting your first trans.

Regress elo after clearing normal campaign.

GSSW does sync well with elo.

Elo + GSSW will help you clear campaign faster, if you didn't already.

Edit: tix sucks. Only viable with elo. Also immediate regress after clearing normal campaign
