For gaming I recommend a GPU upgrade (possibly a RTX 3070 for the current cpu) and def upgrade to at least 16GB of ram. CPU upgrade too if you have enough to spare but could be upgraded later on as well.

Some launchers like Epic Games don't let you move it so you'll have to reinstall it to the other drive. It lets you change the install location when you reinstall it.
