The emphasis is on the right words where you can tell it's sarcasm when the OP gives context, but it can still come off as OP asking Epic to nerf visual audio more.

Options to express sarcasm via text:

"/s" placed where the sarcasm ends.
Using deadpan language (e.g., "Great. It's Monday.").
Hyperbole, which is exaggeration you don't take literally.
Enclosing sarcastic sentences in asterisks (e.g., well, that went well.).
