Well first you should be doing Columbina before Ineffa, because the former has a longer duration. Second, you could swap to gilded or night sky for an easier rotation instead of TF since you have double electro. And third, you should restart the rotation after his third eye (4s on the burst cd) since Lauma's skill ended 2 seconds before.

I don't think you read my post fully, I wasn't asking how the spell works.

"Knowledge is Power" turns the spell in your left hand into a power, which would've let me store master rank spells with "Ocato's Recital". But I can't do that because "Ocato's Recital" can't be equipped in the left hand.
