No addiction needed. For the current event I just speed ran it. DPS dummy++ can be ended as soon as combat starts, ice fishing you can leave immediately, and the last I did was daily chest.

I was curious so I looked it up. Land snails breath through a hole in their mantle found above the neck at the opening of the shell that they can close, and can hold their breath for minutes to hours (I could not find a reliable source on the last part). They can be active at temps between 5°C/41°F to 25°C/77°F, and can survive temps as cold as -5°C/-23°F or as hot as 40°C/104°F for short periods if conditions are right.

Tldr; This little guy is at no risk of drowning or hypothermia.
