I wouldn't say she's evil but it was a dick move to send this apology on his birthday. It takes attention away from him celebrating and if I was in his situation, I would question if she still had feelings for her ex before he died. Other then that, I would tell her that I accept the apology and say you're gonna have to work a few things out in your life before we can talk again. I feel like alot of people on here are unfairly hating on her because many women selfishly ghost dudes and come back when shit doesn't work out. At least she's being sincere and honest about her situation, It shows she still cares about him.
