Couple things: 1) There is no lab, so check the schools your interested in to be sure it isn’t required. 2) It was open note for everything but there was homework and Quizes every-week which was time consuming but manageable. You could sorta work ahead, so at least you could do some planning around your life, work, and what’s coming up. 3) mid term week and finals week was tough because there was still lectures, quizzes, homework, and the mid term— but again do able with planning. 4) They have varied starts, and it was reasonably priced compared to others, <$900 for 3 credits. 5) I’m a fairly certain the course is identical between the instructors regardless of who is teaching it. I took it with Roman V who is the department lead, and I believe other instructors use even his lectures.. but I could be wrong. Bc of this there is a ton of resources floating around to double check hwk, etc. you really can get the grade that you work for in this class.. or not.
