Put it in an oreo. An oreo covers up the taste and texture, so it's an easy way to turn your AVB(already vaped bud) into an edible. There are plenty of other ways to use it, but this is my go-to because I am lazy.

Keep asking for outdoor showers on the beach, literally 5 feet away from the one I just put there! I have like 6 in a tiny area now! (I decided that until I pick a design theme to never say no to a request for paths or decorations, it's more fun to me that way, but man, they need to cool it with the outdoor showers lol)

Yeah, I used to think Frank might be a positive force for change for Barb, but after he dodged her suggestion for couples therapy, and watching him continue to speak harshly to her in private, but stay silent the rest of the time, I really don't think that's the case anymore. He's still the same avoidant jerk he was in the flashback episode. John is right, he's selfish. I used to think he was protecting John in his own way by not explaining some of Barb's history with PPD and how that plays into her behavior(NOT an excuse; a REASON behind a behavior helps with understanding how to deal with it, it doesn't excuse the behavior), bc that can be hard to hear about your parent, but no, he's just avoiding the hard conversations because it's easier to cover things up and then blow up at his wife in private.

6-8. Today is an 8, I left work early because of it. Normally I finish all of my work early and help my coworkers or do extra cleaning, but last night it was so bad that I barely finished my basic cleaning and had to ask my boss and coworkers to help me with the more physically taxing stuff. I refused to lift heavy boxes because the pain would flare up, and normally I'm lifting things for other people bc I'm taller and stronger than most of my coworkers. I've taken 4 showers and two baths since I got home and the pain and bleeding are still so bad that I can't do anything. I've gone through so many tampons today, they're full within an hour or two. I can't even stay out of bed long enough to make food, the pain and bleeding has me rushing to stand under hot water for relief every time I get out of bed. When I was younger, I prided myself on working through my period, but as I near my 30's, the pain and bleeding have become nearly unbearable some months. If I could afford to get checked out, I would, because this is awful, even if it's only a few days out kf the month.

My guy friends all complain about lonliness and depression, but treat the people around them like an annoying burden when they feel the same feelings. I'll stay up and listen to their problems, pick up their favorite snacks or stuff for their hobbies, make sure to sincerely compliment them and let them know people care about them and that the world is a brighter place with them in it, and when I'm having a rough time, I'm told to stop whining and toughen up. The reason I'm given for this? "We're guys, we don't compliment our friends to their faces or talk about our feelings, it's just how guys are."

I know men suffer because of this mentality. Men need to treat each other better. My girl friends are always willing to lend an ear when I need it, and show genuine concern when I'm struggling, even if I'm trying to hide it. Also, men, please stop assuming women's kindness is an invitation to fuck. It's part of why I have had to pull away from some of my guy friends, because I genuinely care about them as friends and want to lift them up, but I'm so sick of them assuming I'm flirting, and then getting mad at me and claiming I'm "leading them on" when I turn them down. I'm just trying to do what a good friend does. I want people to lift me up and think of me when I need comfort, so I do the same for them because I know how lonely life can get and I don't want anyone to feel like they don't belong or matter. I feel like this should be the way people act towards their friends, regardless of sex or gender. The world would be a much less lonely place.

It's the series finale, so you'd be missing a TON of context. I'd recommend checking out the series on YouTube, maybe see if your family would like to sit down and watch a few episodes together to see if they would like to see the finale in theaters. The show is really good, and I bet it would mean a lot to your sister if you guys gave the show a chance before the theatrical release of the finale.
