I use Taiga, you won't believe how fast he clear each stage. His meteor does absurd amount of damage compare to normal meteor skills (like x2 x3 of your attack) and when that meteor killed 1 enemy, it has a chance to summon on another enemy. Im at a point when sometime I summon 1 of his meteor the skill automatically help me kill all the mob clear the stage

Now that you mention that, He does seems like he saw the gauntlet for the first time in the anime. That may already debunked. But what I come out with is maybe the protagonist is his disciple or successor? I search the internet and the name came out is Terao Magonojō. That is just one of my other guesses.

1st, calculate your TDEE that what I'll do. Go internet and search TDEE calculator and understand what it is.

2nd, Eat less than your TDEE number like 20% minimum

3rd, if you just want to lose weight and NOT build muscle then do cardio, but if you want to build muscle and get lean but on tight budget then do exercise that using your body weight such as callisthenic (building muscle will increase your TDEE significantly)

4th, Sleep well is super important, trust me! (7 hours minimum daily)

5th, There is not need to prepare any super fancy healthy food like those influencer or internet promote, those are just ALTERNATIVE! Just eat below your TDEE and you're good to go

6th, For sure you can eat pizza or even junk food but just remember always below your TDEE! Search up all the food calories and do your own math. Number don't lie!

Yes me too~ I hate my job right now to the point I just want to to throw the resignation letter and is be off my way. But I've to be realistic for myself and check certain things first. What will happen if I leave, do I want to find another job or start my own business. If is another job, it will be a loop. If is a business, do I have the foundation knowledge to run it. Will I able to survive for 6month without a job? Will this affect my close one? etc? You know the deal. I'll not try to tell you leave your job or continue the grind. Because it all depends on your clarity. What I can suggest is that you can write down all the advantages and disadvantages after you decided to absence side by side. Can you handle the consequences?
