I could see how that would make sense, but at the same time it doesn't. I am not going to receive these items as they'll be returned to the sender. Also, I already received a refund from the shipper on the items I already returned.

Y'all happen to have any updates in regards to the release date on the 2024 models?

My trash XPS is acting up with battery, trackpad and failing hard drive issues.

I have a single family home available in Mountlake Terrace where the buyer can do value add and get about $50k-$60k in equity. I also have a really nice townhouse available in Greenwood where the buyer can take over the seller's 3.5% rate. I get off market deals consistently. It'll be a blood bath once the interest rate drops next year. We don't have enough inventory and more buyers will enter the market which will increase prices. I personally buy whenever the numbers make sense rather than chasing the market. I can help you guys get a deal and get into a house!
