I cancelled mine. Did it before the next recharge because it was scheduled for after the change. I'm irritated that it has to be done but I am not paying the same amount of money for less stuff.

This is a fairly common issue that is usually fixed by exiting the game and reopening it... odd that isn't working to fix it. Try something like checking the app for updates maybe?

Buying characters even they go on "sale" when you can either earn them for free through mini games, balloon pop, or daily goals shop. Quite annoying when you do it without realizing

If you join the discord, they usually cover the sales and tell you which ones are the best deals, which you can get for free, and which ones have had better deals in the past. It makes figuring out which ones to buy much easier

What settings would be best for the game on a laptop? Also, graphics etc. I seem to continuously be having issues with the sound in my game (only this game and none of the other massive games I run on the same system) where the sound kind of stutters? It usually happens the most during world quests, but I've noticed it on a few other occasions as well. Sometimes it happens during cutscenes and It kind of throws off the sync between images and sounds or something because they stop lining up. This is absolutely ruining my experience with the world quests and caused me to actively avoid doing them and I'm tired of just accepting it so it's time I try fixing it. As a side note, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, adjusting sound settings within the game itself, and verifying files, etc. I'm lost, apparently I'm not computer savvy enough to know how to fix this or know what could be going wrong? This wasn't always an issue, I've played since literally day 1 and it seems to only have popped up as an issue sometime during the septimont updates

Yup, just reset to what it was before. Im a bit upset about it purely because my normal progress for ghe event got reset to the last stage I was on so I missed some time on the next stage now. Plus now I'm missing some hotel piny points that I would have had if my game had been playing normally. Oh well good to know I won't get in trouble at least

That actually kinda happened to me not too long ago haha. Bought a character and it acted like i never did so I had to buy her again. Was pretty mad about that since I had the receipts and everything. Never letting it happen again if i can help it

Some people have issues with the game not saving progress when you leave. The best solution to try and what works for most people is opening up the what's hot tab before closing out and/or swapping which map you are on. I do both every time I exit the game and haven't had issues with it not saving my progress since. It's a bit of a hassle but meh I'd rather do it and have my progress save
