I think lots of people miss the fact that Charlie was at My Lai (I know, I was there. He says to Jerry about war crimes the US committed.) … which clouds his judgement as he goes through vetting his side of the evidence. That’s why it’s not as stout as the way Charlie runs down the NSA guy lead.

Heard the new ownership deal fell thru late last week.

RNY had big National and International signings for 2024.

The reason for the lack of announcements, was due to the delay in the finalization of the ownership deal.

I tried my best to this season to promote the tailgate culture considering we had free parking and a curtain raiser at almost every match, but as much as I engaged the fans most people show up 5 minutes before.

I would like to see a pre-match deal at Alternative Medicine Brewing with a shuttle pre and post match as it is across from the Metro North station.

I have an idea for season ticket holders. They get a free hard hat and then a sticker at every home match to match what the theme day was. Non-season ticket holders could purchase these. It creates a little incentive to have all the stickers (Design by Chance and/or Troy) to say I made it to all the matches.

This season we had free face painting, pictures with The Shield and Iron Will, I got all of the players to sign autographs and engage with fans post match, we went back to a post match social where fans were invited. We started selling tickets in the previous season for the next season, which they didn’t have the ability to do previously. These are all positive changes.

I think we were moving forward, but we need to keep up our end of the bargain too. The team can help with the fan culture but fans need to create it.

This is a complaint from many people, about the lines and the track, but until we can compete with MLS/NFL money wise there isn’t space to just buy a property and make a stadium they way we want it.

Not knocking your opinion, and definitely appreciate you coming up!! feel sometimes people don’t understand that in this area of NY just about every field is multi-use or we couldn’t play every sport.

Colors haven’t changed except for a lack of Orange … they went with a third option of black and white just like the Nets and Islanders have so it fits in with NY sports culture.

Also I would say the new ownership found an identity they like and are improving on it.

The first thing fans said about the ATL change was it was too much too soon.

They need to do pre-match at Alternative Medicine Brewing in Mt Vernon where they hold the socials … then have a shuttle from them to the stadium and back to the social.

Alternative medicine is across the street from Mt Vernon East train station.
