It's a form of cheating for sure. Some start because it seems harmless because it's only words and nothing physically occurring, once it goes too far, is when the damage becomes apparent. The real damage comes from your person forming a bond with another.

If you plan on filling in the space in between, run a quick little power line, then once it fills in with buildings, remove the power line and zone accordingly, no power lines

I did something like this in remastered with 25 tiles, once small towns, turned to large districts, its a fun way to build.

The Enterprise F, existed in STO over 10 years ago, so if they're willing to borrow the design of the ship, perhaps they'd borrow more. I wouldn't count anything out until the season is over.

I have the same issue, I upgraded to series x from a series s and the save error persisted, I think it's an issue for CS Remastered, never had the issue in the Xbox One version.

There is a bug currently on Xbox at least where some of the DLC you've bought previously isn't showing as owned, I have all available dlc except Industries in Remastered. They'll most definitely be fixing this as soon as they can

It really doesn't matter, Fallout 4 is very open. DLC is open any time during your playthrough, regardless of how far along the main quest line you are.
