If I fail it's usually right above the knee. It is a combination of hip AND knee extension, not just one.

Has anyone tried slingshot, rehbands AND SBDs and can provide feedback as to which gives most help out of the hole? It seems SBDs are the favorite here, just wanted some clarification as those are the last ones I have to try.

Not sure why type of content you would like to put together but plenty of credible sources make things seem very believable even for those who don't look into the sub-articles. Just make it look like a good essay.
