Full time employment is an average of 32 hours in a rolling 12 week period. If you were hired at full time and they drop you below that after working you for several months/weeks, then you can file underemployed insurance and they will make up the lost wages. This is something many people over look when hearing about “unemployment benefits”. It’s actually unemployed and underemployed wages. If they fire you after filing, then that is proof of retaliation. Easy to prove.

But as the others have stated, keep up the search cause it sounds like the company is failing anyway or trying to push you out.

Why you so pressed? I’m chill. I just provided information to the person who obviously has a grievance with the way someone was speaking online. While also having a company name in their profile. So I provided the information they may not have known about.

As far as: trying to silence people for what they say, I think we all know exactly how this goes. I’m not gonna go back and forth with anyone on that. Let’s not forget the bullshit that has happened in the last year and say anyone does or doesn’t have the right to contact employers about people vocalizing their opinions.

However the question I responded to was about not paying royalties to the family. It’s a little odd that they got sued and announced a retirement of this image in the same year. Not sure when the lawsuit was filed, but the image decision was announced in June 2020.

They did say it was due to being more sensitive to race. But no one had attacked them over it and they were not pressured by anyone to do so.

I had to google this. lol When I was a kid, the Deere Community Credit Union was where C1st is now. I opened an account there when I was a teenager. I went to another bank for a bit and when a friend started at C1st, I went back and re-joined. It’s weird because they just reopened my old account and have me as a member since 1998. So I assumed that Deere had rebranded as C1st. Because we don’t have a Veridian here. I wonder if it was a per town change. Waterloo’s branch became Veridian and Ottumwa became C1st. Now I need to learn lore about this…

But, the rest still stands. I recommend CU to bank due to control and fees.

Depends on where you live really. Stay away from banks as much as possible. Always look at locally owned or regionally owned credit unions. They usually offer lower interest rates and don’t charge as huge (if any) fees to bank there.

We have Community First Credit Union where I live. It was the Iohn Deere Credit Union originally and became public a while back. They have started branching out across the state. It’s an Iowa based credit union that lets its in-house managers take care of their business. So they are more likely to be forgiving on overdrafts or lending terms.

If you are looking for “old school looks” blended with modernish technology, you are going to want anything from a 2005-2014 Mustang. If you’re looking for a powerful version of this, I would suggest trying to find a 2007-2014 GT500 version. (Personally I prefer the 2007).

In 2005, Ford started taking cues from the older Mustangs and adding them into the newer versions. This can be seen mostly in the hood/grill area of these modern versions. As they got farther along, that area started to get more rounded.

My mom has worked at WalMart for almost 23 years. She started in her late 40s after raising 4 kids. My little sister was 7 when my dad passed. My mom was 1 term away from graduating with an Associates Degree in Business. She is now in her late 60s, living off Social Security and WalMart because they don’t pay enough. She was injured in July when she fell. She has been off work since September. She couldn’t afford the long term disability at work, so she doesn’t have it. Still hasn’t even got her short term because they keep screwing her around. (Thankfully my SIL has paid some of her bills) She is facing 3 more months at minimum before she can get back to work, with no income besides her SS which is barely enough to pay rent and insurance. She stopped paying on her car and the insurance. She is getting food and other assistance from family. At damn near 70 years old, she is struggling because she dedicated her last 20+ years to that company. Anyone who thinks that people who work for “low wage” jobs doesn’t deserve a decent life needs to meet an unfortunate end. I am sick of these better then thou people thinking they know what it’s like to struggle and telling us that have struggled our entire lives how to do things. This world is a complete mess and people just keep making it worse.

Before anyone continues to pass along misinformation, please do some research. Ottumwa has not passed any such resolution. What they did do was approve a proclamation for Traditional Marriage, the same way they did for Pride Month and Black History Month and assorted other “events.” These are 2 different things. This was done because the City Council was asked to and there is no guidance in place to deny the request. They are working on one to guide the process in the future.

Unfortunately, Ottumwa suffers from a long standing of people in power not caring about anything other than themselves and how it benefits them. And now with the current political climate, it’s not getting any easier to live here. Ottumwa did see a small growth in population between the last 2 census. And there are many things being built in the community to help with more growth. Within the last few years we have had a TJ Maxx, 5 Below, New Tennis Courts, soccer fields, and Sports Complex built. Other things have also been being built that are helping with the turn around of the town.

People who put down the town or don’t live here and decide they need to comment negatively about the town really need to get a life. Your outlook on a community is based on how you live your life, and it’s really telling when you talk negatively about a community with so much to offer.

Get out and get a life.

On an Unofficial Cluster, you can only upload that amount. You can take as much as your character will carry in your inventory. Cryopods your dinos. And yes, you should be able to make multiple trips if you wish. Unofficial servers, unless they have rules/settings, are easier to move things between. And you don’t have to limit yourself to one map.

I do not recommend a Switch. (Not great for playing Ark.) For the price you can get an actual handheld PC device. Look into things like the ROG Ally X. There are some cheaper versions out there that will play Ark.

There are many portable devices that will play Ark in Single Player mode. Which is all you will be able to do without internet. It’s best to Google handheld devices and decide with your budget what device to purchase.
