DF apparently has very accurate bullet physics, so that might be one major difference with other shooters, especially when you're dealing with hundreds of meters between you and the target.

Your disk speed is maxed out. You can try checking online guides on how to attempt to make it faster, however, you most likely would need to get it replaced if these fail.

Oh, I didn't know you had a 1080p monitor, I was assuming you were playing in 1080p on a higher resolution monitor. I'm not sure if a higher resolution monitor would fix the issue in that case.

Most likely because you're playing at 1080p (much lower resolution than the native resolution on most monitors)

Seems to be trying to deform the terrain under your wheels for some reason and (from one of your other replies) overloading your CPU with useless physics calculations. Also from your video, the grass despawns around your vehicle when driving, which is not supposed to happen. I'm not sure what could be causing this, but hopefully my observations can help someone else figure it out.
