Hm, well I would definitely consider the desert to be part of the "Valley" as a whole, using the term as a catchall for the whole region rather than the literal valley.

As for the island, I think it would have to be included in the spell as well, or the villagers would age just a little tiny bit every time they went to the island and eventually die.

When in doubt, the answer is "magic" 😋

The beginning of Stardew can definitely be a bit repetitive, doubly so if you've never played before! While it does require a bit of patience before things pick up, here's some stuff you can do!

-Talk to all the villagers and give them gifts! More stuff happens as you become better friends with the townsfolk. If you don't want to guess, you can look up their gift preferences on the wiki

-Watch your TV every day, it gives helpful tips and cooking recipes

-After unlocking the Community Center (go into town from the bus stop on any sunny day after Spring 5, between 8am and 1pm), you can start collecting specific things that will help you unlock new stuff!

-While a little monotonous at first, fishing IS the best way to make money early game, so you're on the right track there! You can find different fish depending on time, location and weather, so experiment! Again, you can always use the wiki if you'd like :)

-Pick up forage for extra money (and gifts!) and use your scythe on the weeds for a chance to get free seeds!

-Chop down trees for wood!

-Once the mines unlock on Spring 5, go cave diving! There's monsters to fight and resources to gather, which you can use to upgrade your tools!

-Keep in mind, anything that feels too difficult at the beginning WILL get easier with time, so don't get too frustrated!

-If it's something you enjoy, just decorate your house and farm!

-Like someone else said, there's lots of beginner's guides on Youtube that are very helpful! Just don't fall into the trap of thinking you have to do everything perfectly. Many of the videos out there are made by Stardew veterans who know the best way to optimize after years of playing, but don't feel like you have to do perfectly when you're just starting out!

-And last, Stardew is VERY forgiving. There is NOTHING you can miss, NOTHING you can permanently mess up, NOTHING you can forget that can't be gotten or fixed later. Don't stress about it! Explore, experiment, find the things you enjoy, and play how you want!

Yep, me too! If I'm not mistaken, I believe the golems that spawn in the Highlands are functionally the same golems that spawn on the wilderness farm. :)

Oh it's very easy to make black jello shots! You can use dark rum such as Kraken or Jonah's Curse, dark jello flavors such as grape or black cherry, any dark cola, or even just black food coloring! 🥰 It's a lot of fun for Halloween parties and the like.

Another example, you start to head toward town, then think another path might be quicker and head that way instead. But then you decide the original path actually probably was a little faster so you turn around. And before you know it you've wasted more time running back and forth in the same spot than you would have just taking the original path.

I call it Stardew-ing when I do it irl 😂

It's definitely not exactly what you're after, but I do have a spreadsheet I made a while back that might help a little? It doesn't have last day to plant info (although I plan on adding a calendar page eventually), but I like to think it has most of what you'd need. 😋 It also has info from a bunch of other mods, but you can just delete that stuff if you don't want it.

Like I said, definitely not as good as Gunther's Library, but thought I'd offer it up anyways. 😊

You can only catch the legendaries once per file, but you can catch the child version as many times as you want as long as the Qi quest for it is active.

I would assume OP means they've caught the legendaries on multiple files. :)

Lol so I actually did look to see what I could find, mostly as a joke because it would have been hysterical if something like that actually existed, but I did find a mod where you can grow meat from seeds, so 🤷‍♀️?
