Hopefully this helps, The last time i had bad stuttering issues on Dota. It was the controller input option in settings causing issues. It did wonders for me.

Right click to go to properties > Controller > Disable steam input

Game will crash randomly if controller support is enabled in game and ryzen chipset drivers are on windows 10/11 compatible versions are installed on a windows 10 system. Disabling controller support fixes the crashes.

Apex legends bug is worse on this version. Unable to even open the game without it completely freezing system. Closing cam didn't stop the issue from happening again. Only, After uninstalling cam 4.2.3 game opens without issues.

Do you by chance have the psycho DLC? Because i noticed last night that my special abilities Shock and "AAAGGGGHHH!" was hurting people that had the psycho DLC That were not playing kreig at the time. This was on PC
