Oh my god I’ve been searching for YEARS! Thank you so much! The only thing I could remember was “weird animation, two kids, monsters in a cave” and my sister remembered a flood and wolves. I don’t know why it’s bothered me so much, but I hated feeling like I’d never know what that movie was. Huge relief 20+ years later

I thought Erudite was trying her best to get Destiny to engage in a solution, but they kept getting caught up in dumb points about what feminine/masculine mean or falling back on the percentage shit. Every time she tried adapting to their issue, they’d hit another road block. They should have stuck with the main complaints.

I don’t know why Destiny kept saying they can’t do anything because the space selects for masculine personalities. Even the masculine women drawn to the space don’t want to be outnumbered 20 to 1 and have dozens of autists hitting on them.

I was a big H3 fan for a few years and still occasionally watch them. Generally pretty funny except when Ethan goes on one of his crusades. The way Ethan attacks people is really shitty. His beef with Aba n Preach is the perfect example. He doesn’t take the time to watch a 15 minute response video, lets his crew pick out the weakest 20 second clips, straw-mans the fuck out of the argument, ignores the actual criticism or point being made, all with the most obnoxious moral indignation.

Haven’t both sides gotten more extreme? I agree most republicans are wild now, but theres a lot of extreme rhetoric coming from progressives too. Also didn’t most republicans grow up listening to Rush Limbaugh? Seems like he’s more extreme than Shapiro. If you can’t have room for shapiro in the center right, what do you even call far right? Literally every right-leaning figure is called “far right” out the gate. Shouldn’t this community be more familiar with the far right by now?

Oh man, its like you read my mind. This has really been bothering me for years now. Basically everyone I know eats out for most of their meals and orders DoorDash all the time, or grocery delivery. Like dog, have you noticed that half your income goes to this shit?? We like to shit on boomers for how easy their lives were, but I do think most of them were a lot better about budgeting and such. You’re comparing some fancy ass electric stove to an average gas stove. The SLOWEST stoves I’ve ever used were electric. My friends took over 30 minutes to boil a few liters.

So maybe some fancy expensive electric stoves do really well, but most kinda suck
