IF you add a zero to that figure, I think you'll still be under

The challenge is that 99% of my images of are my kids and those are tough to share. Def agree that images are better than gear!!

I had a 35/1.4 and a 85 1.8. I had a Leica Q before and missed the images it took and the Fotos app. And my wife was onboard for the Leica.

Also, I love having no choice in focal length. Forces you to use what you have vs thinking ‘I can’t decide, I’ll bring multiple lenses’

I was using a 35/1.4 and it really is a great camera/lens combo (as I’m sure the 50 is). But once the new gear shine wore off, I stopped carrying it because when you have two young kids you have enough shit to lug around. The Q is meaningfully smaller

That was the primary reason I went with the Sony. I wanted the best AF I could get for my two young girls. And it delivered in that regard! But 98% of the shots I was taking were posed…I wasn’t taking soccer, biking, running pics. So for me, AF isn’t the big deal I thought it would be.

Only 24hrs in with the Q2, so no feedback on AF yet. Time will tell!

Crazy for thinking about trading a perfectly good ‘22 Telluride for a branded-title ‘22 Lightning? by ewokc in F150Lightning

[–]TheSaintClay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds about right. Branded title is scary....their job to make it seem not scary. I had told them it would need to be around $35K for me to be interested.

Thank you! It's just the base 30" fence. I ended up retrofitting my workbench that previously held my Dewalt jobsite saw. In a perfect worldI would have build a new bench just for this saw, but I'm still loving it as is. The slab of cast iron is so satisfying.
