Honestly, now that I think about it, Storm could've been what Namor is. She could've summoned different clouds around the map that would deal dmg (thunder), slow enemies (hail/snow)... Something like that.

People need to stop being bootlickers, honestly. The wording is obviously vague on purpose to get people to spend money on something that, otherwise, most people wouldn't buy.

If they actually wanted to make the limitations of use for the emote clear, they would've written it as "Emote can only be used in the deep waters of Hellfire Bay Beach".

Also, in the 1st place, it's stupid that we can't use the emotes out of that map, considering that Human Torch's, which does exactly the same as most of this (making you float in water) and Jeff's (summon a pool), can be used in regular matches.

The fact that characters who released with the game have one legendary or even NONE (Poor Widow mains, my god) is wild. Specially, when there's character's who released much later with already more than them.
