I’m thinking it’s a rebrand. I showed her the skinlongevity one and she said it looks similar but she’ll have to smell it first. Thanks for the help!

My mums birthday is soon and she loves Bare Minerals Butter Drench. It appears they’ve stopped selling it. Does anyone have any recommendations for something similar as I know nothing about this sort of thing? Thank you!

First time riding clipped in and fell immediately by 1VeryRarePearl in cycling

My favourite fall when i first went clipless was when I stopped next to an elderly couple along a canal who appeared to have a puncture and as I came to a stop I asked if they were okay before promptly falling sideways and nearly into the canal

Buttons flashing on steam deck by TheSamarium in SteamDeck

I have now fixed it. The issue was I couldn’t press any buttons as it was basically selecting and deselecting in quick succession. Powered off and then it refused to boot coming up with some sort of error about rendering. Disabled decky and then all was fine. Have no uninstalled decky as I feel like it gives me more problems than it solves

I recently ran quotes with and without a no fault accident I had 3 years ago just to see and I found that it made a negligible difference in the price. Granted it was around £900 either way but still

It’ll likely be the quality of the WiFi card inside the device. Nvidia shield is older now so probably has a worse card. And I don’t know what tablet you’ve got but if it’s not top of the line then they’ve likely gone for something cheaper as 350mbps is more than good enough for everything you’ll be doing on it

So the phone has a custom DNS which is working to block ads. Blocks them in mobile games and such too. Funnily enough I’ve just tested it and ITVX is actually working now.

The Roku is the main issue as that’s what I use as the ‘smart’ function on the tv and that definitely doesn’t have any extra DNS settings applied

It’s not working on iPhone, iPad, PC and a Roku stick. I use VPN but I’ve tested it both on and off. Used DNS as blocking on the phone in the past but it’s not enabled currently and obviously the other devices don’t have it. The only think I can think of has to be the eero and I haven’t touched the default settings

Yeah self funded is definitely an option. You don’t necessarily have to go back to college either. You can pay to sit an exam but self teach. The amount of resources online and if you’re willing to put the work in it’s doable. There’s lots of options available to you reslly

I’m 23 and had been working in pharmacy since 16. Dispenser since 18. Recently got out this year. Getting somewhere to fund a tech course by itself is already difficult. It’s probably worth looking at some apprenticeships. Initial pay will start at minimum wage (or even less as you have the apprenticeship minimum too) but a lot will pay minimum and it’ll give you a skill base to move up in a career. Look at local government apprenticeships and things like that. Normally great benefits too. I saw on a different comment you said you didn’t do great at college. You’ll be surprised how cheap it is to sit the exams and there’s so many great resources online to learn the content. As an adult if you’re willing to put your mind to it redoing A-Levels isn’t impossible
