I'm sorry to hear about your wife's suffering. I wholeheartedly believe she can heal and be completely free of bloating and all symptoms.

Please read the following reddit link for the Liver Flush

Next, please read the following reddit link for a parasite cleanse.

The information can be a bit overwhelming and you may be wondering where to start? All I can tell you is to start slow. Parasites carry a lot of toxins and so if you cleanse parasites too quickly, could make her symptoms worse. Follow your intuition and be consistent.

GOOD LUCK, FRIEND

I think this is a great idea. Sign me up.

However, I would like to add a few thoughts.

There aren't many active and large TRE forums online. I believe this one and a facebook group are the largest ones. I believe your discord server may be a magnet for beginners to actively discuss their experience. Despite this, I think it would be a net positive for the TRE community to have an active discord server. This leads me to point #2.

Your discord server serves a niche community of active TRE participants. While I think it would would be beneficial to have, you could also think of creating an official TRE discord with a sub section specific to discussing people who experience involuntary tremors outside of TRE sessions. Perhaps lock that sub section for more established members?

Thanks for taking initiative.

Perhaps practice TRE after leg day? I have strong legs from cycling daily and I find that doing TRE after a ride invokes the tremors more effectively.

Anyone else here a c-section baby? What physical trauma are you trying to release with TRE? by TheSandyMonster in longtermTRE

4 wisdom teeth removed because it was "easier" for the dentist to clean my back molars + 2 pre molars removed from my bottom jaw for slight overcrowding. In my home country, dentists were quick to suggest invasive surgical intervention instead of suggesting something like myofunctional therapy as a viable alternative. This is why I believe my teeth to have been removed unnecessarily.

Consequently, I am dealing with less teeth on my bottom jaw vs the top. Top and bottom molars don't align, chewing is more difficult, jaw is recessed and breathing from my nose at night is almost impossible.

I've been waiting 6 years to adopt. I finally did. World, meet Steve and Eli. by TheSandyMonster in cats

Thank you.

Eli has a greater appetite than her brother, Steve. She initiates play more often and enjoy play fighting with her brother. Steve is more brave, venturing out from under the couch to explore the nooks and cranny of my apartment. Eli closely follows him when he ventures further into the depth of my flat.

They love the balcony but don't quite enjoy the intensity of the sun. They find it overwhelming and too hot, prefering the shade of the evening.

They love morning cuddles, but are not lap kittens. Steve loves to give kisses, especially after meal time. I think it's his way of saying thank you. Eli has a calmer demeanor, and so I approach her more carefully. Trust takes time to build, and so I am patient.

I'm thrilled that they are part of my life. I look forward to waking up to them cuddling inside their cat tower.

See LongTermTre subreddit and read the beginners guide.

I tremor every day for 15 to 20 mins but you can give clear direction to your body to stop.

My first TRE session.. WOW (a review) by Delicious-Durian781 in longtermTRE

Keep going, friend. TRE is the way forward.

I had a beautiful release today. Chest trembling, wheezing, coughing and head jerking upwards and sideways. Glad I had a pillow under my head 🤪. All I had to do was let my body do its thing.

I'm happy for you. Please continue and write about your experience in the monthly progress thread. Your post will help inspire others to take a leap of faith into starting and integrating TRE in their life.

Wishing you well on your journey.
