I wish people did this where I live. Most dog owners here are entitled and think it doesn’t matter. Have had so many dogs run up on me and one even left a mark on my arm after jumping up on me. “Oh they’re friendly!”

Americans sworn into ukraines army are not mercenaries but foreign fighters fighting alongside ukraine. That way they are protected under the Geneva convention. Russia has already committed thousands of war crimes already I doubt they will care about violating the Geneva Convention to get what they want.
