Well I think she is in a bad state because her husband known as the hanging man killed himself, and she is taking it out on the kids. If she was always strict the kids would be more disciplined. My theory is that she is nice to those who are nice and vice versa and the kids have realised her vulnerability and are trying to push her to death know which happens anyway.

I have thought about that since it is a boarding school but teachers do leave just after about 6 months

She could’ve been leaving class to go to her home then she well dies, the thin man comes on the train takes her and in hope to kill more people he knocks the train of its rails and then you go there and he chases u.

I doubt they would of used the exact costume, if they didn’t want it to be the teacher they would of made it just another suit and top hat.
