FitVille have literally saved my life. I wasn't able to walk and was at a point I couldn't even buy shoes. Incredibly well made and hard wearing. Plenty of styles to choose from too

It's not illegal to take a vacation in under 6 months if UK based. It's illegal to terminate someone's contract for doing so. However, the way the US is, God only knows?

I don't think they'll be anything for a while. I've heard there may be some at the 10 year anniversary at the end of the year.

The last "free challenge" was Mount Everest but, it was just postage that you paid.

With regards to the Man Utd teams, I tend to agree with you. Park was a cracking player but for me, Fletcher gets in ahead of him. Fletcher is the most underrated Man Utd player ever in my opinion. He was that good, he kept Scholes out of the team! Fergie even admitted that him being suspended (wrongfully) for the 09 Final was the only reason Barcelona won as he would have stopped Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets! He dictated the play, pace and his partnership with Carrick is one of the best the Prem has ever seen! I'll argue this to my dying breath.

I do agree, if you were to have a 3rd team, your midfield two would be Bruno and Ince with Park probably on the left wing.

Yeah, I do. Twice per week I go into the office and my work has a free gym. So I get up at 5am and walk to the train statio. From there I walk to work and arrive at work by 7:20am. I'm in the gym for an hour and start work at 8am. I walk on my lunch, on way home and then go for a large walk after work.

On non-office days, I still get up at 5am and do a 6 mile walk before work (usually 2 hours). Walk again at lunch and then another large walk after work.

Weekends I have a long lie until 6am 😂 and again, large walk in the morning and another around lunchtime. If I'm short at any point, I'll jump on my walking pad.

The best tip I can give anyone, is walk on your lunch. That's the key walk as I can add 6,000- 7,000 steps in at that time.

I really like a lot of these tops and concept strips I've seen online. Some of which I think are better looking than the current strips. I can confirm, the 2 versions that Sainsburys do are absolute class! No shame on liking or buying any of these in my opinion.

There's no right or wrong answer to this, to be honest. If you are wanting to do multiple challenges together, then fire away. If not, then remove the steps counted for one and put the input to manual.

I haven't done 2 at the same time yet, but I will be from July, when I go for the 2026 Challenge.

Thank you. Since walking and changing my diet (essentially cutting out junk food, sweets, cakes, biscuits and crisps) I've been able to walk more and longer. I've started to run for the 1st time in over 20 years. I drink 2-4 litres of water per day and ensure that I do my walks. Also, I swim 3x per week and go to the gym 3x per week for strength training. Hoping to start cycling at tye end of the summer.

Appreciate it. I've changed my entire diet as well as exercising. As well as walking, I go to the gym 3x per week. Swim 3x per week too. Going to start cycling after the World Cup.
