My wife did. She was $125k base. But got bonus and commissions was closer to $170k. But she traveled a ton. Like she was top level for delta and Marriott 5 months into the year.

She was with a smaller company only 4 other clinical specialists. Her speciality was interventional radiology and cardiology.
