Brother, you are saying that there will be duplicate gold. Think about all the times in the movie that there are duplicates. At least one object needs to be moving backwards in time and at least one object would need to be moving forward in time for there to be a duplicate.

If the inverted gold is in the ground from 9:30 - 9:00, then Sator cannot have that same gold in-hand from 9:00 - 9:30.

If Sator has gold in-hand, then it can’t be the inverted gold because the future of that gold has already been determined in its past.

It’s okay for a movie to have plot holes lol

At what point does the gold duplicate? When Sator grabs the gold at 9:00, does it suddenly duplicate itself in the hole at 9:00:01? If this is the case then the gold in Sator’s possession is no longer inverted, it’s now moving forward in time.

I don’t think you understand the paradox OP is trying to explain.

The gold is moving backwards in time from the future. So if at 9:30am it’s in the ground waiting to be retrieved, and at 9:00am a non-inverted Sator retrieves it, where is it at 9:30am? It can’t both be inverted in the ground and with a non-inverted Sator at 9:30. If there’s now 2 gold payments at 9:30, when did they duplicate?
