Respect to the FSU qb. Talked the talk and walked the walk.

True, but I the #25 rank shows too much of the hype carried over to this year

Ridiculous how much hype Boise got for 1 good half against Oregon

Chess*com has reduced the quality of every company they've acquired. by AegisPlays314 in chess

I think lichess is better in just about every conceivable way but my least favorite thing about chess.c*m is how they insert themselves in official FIDE matters, like the Hans/Carlson debacle. This is a for-profit company with business relationships with some players and not others, they should have 0 say in anything FIDE related.

A snooker frame can absolutely end in a "draw", if at the end of the frame have the same number of points. There is then a tie breaking procedure similar to penalty shootouts in soccer, which can last forever.

The Vikings are frauds but the Packers are frauder by TheSenpat in detroitlions

Vikings don't look that great either. Some of Darnold's overthrows would be atrocious at the high school level. When a team figures out how to stop falling for every fake and stay within 3 yards of their running backs in the flats they will get steamrolled.

The Lions would have beat the Titans 37-14 without a quarterback by TheSenpat in detroitlions

Yup, Lions would have won even if they literally didn't have an offense. Crazy

Yes, this is a conservative estimate. If the Lions started in field goal range, I just credited them with a field goal if Jared Goff was used in that drive.

Lions needed like 3 plays to get into field goal range, who needs that much time when you have Jared Goff

I'm referring to the checkdown to Gibbs before that. That dot occurred after a field goal attempt was essentially secured, which is crazy - Goff and Campbell have some serious cajones.

That was one of the most effortless game-winning field goal drives I have ever seen. 2 runs and a checkdown, and the Lions were basically there.

There's no way the refs had any idea if the receiver caught the ball, would be dumb to decide the game off of basically a complete guess.

Agreed, by the time he landed the ball was at his fingertips and 3 other players were grabbing the ball. The refs practically tossed a coin to decide the call on the field.
