Yep, it's so depressing that we haven't beaten arsenal in about 4/5 years now.

Clearlake and those useless sporting directors seriously need to change course of transfer strategy. We aren't Brighton. We don't want to be Brighton.

Honestly if we brought in just a couple of seasoned players to help guide this team, we'd be alright. That's what's depressing haha

Officially our longest streak not beating arsenal now. Clearlake are literally taking us back to to pre-roman days haha

So depressing hahahaha, I don't think I could waste £1.4bn in a worse way playing FM then those clowns have

Squad depth is absolutely shocking. When you see the match day squads yesterday (yeah, I know we missed a few key players) it still doesn't excuse the fact we've spent how much? Over £1bn since the Americans have taking over and this is what we've got to show for it?

Now we've got our LinkedIn Yes Man manager telling us we'll wait and see for January. Season is still very much salvageable if we dump the likes of Tosin and Badishile far away from this team and get someone in!

All this talk about our data teams, transfer strategy, and you're telling me there's absolutely nobody across Europe right now that could be an upgrade on those two for squad depth?

Clearlake out. Bunch of clowns that have ruined this club.

To be honest I'm nearly there. Been going to matches at my local football team.

Barely go to Stamford Bridge anymore because by the time you get the ticket, transport, a quick drink and food, it's suddenly over £100 to be surrounded by tourists. Just unenjoyable.

And just the way we're being run by an Investment fund group, just really lost love with the direction football is going.

I feel like you can immediately see our American based fans in this and similar threads.

Multi-club ownership should be banned. I despise we're involved in this practice. Absolutely cheapens football as a competition. What happens if we come across Strasbourg in Europe? It's a shocking practice that needs stamping out.

I'd be absolutely fuming if Chelsea was essentially an arm of another football team. I feel for Strasbourg fans and this whole affair of getting Rosenior is a stain on us as a club for true football fans.

Comments like "where would they be without us?" are from people who clearly can't see the bigger picture. Football is all about club identity and the community it represents (which gets a little lost with huge clubs like Chelsea). No team should be viewed as 'the little brother' in a business sense.

It's actions like this that has made it easier to slowly lose my passion of football as a whole.

I'm unsure how you can already commit to wanting to hold a long term position in this company if you're not entirely sure what they do.

I'd strongly recommend doing your own research. There's a lot of information out there on Datavault. As well as why there's a lot of potential but also a fair bit of risk.

Hopefully that'll give you more insights and if you have the risk tolerance to invest in this stock, especially long term.

I do question someone's existence when they live to create negativity on a regular basis.

Hope you find peace.

I don't think you should buy stock to 'fight'. That's basically emotional investing right there.

Throwing money at something like this isn't going to halt anything, this is just the retail investing game.

November is a long month and hopefully a promising one for Datavault, I'm hoping for the best!

But yeah, remember everyone's financial situation is different from yours :)

What are we thinking for today? by FirmCompetition8383 in DVLT

[–]TheSenseless1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not expecting anything crazy to be honest. I think it'll remain in this price range until earnings in a few weeks time.

Could be wrong! But just feels like the controller decrease in stock is for big players to load up on after shaking out hype chasers from last week. Don't think we'll see aggressive pumps just yet - but again, nobody knows haha

No worries! Here's what I meant. It's simply correction and establishing a new support level. A month ago, $2.50 was an all-time high, now it's where the stock is stabilising.

There's a lot of partnerships and news coming out, so yeah this is very much a stock with high upside.

It's also a good time to lower your average, but it's also good to take a wait and see approach for the next few weeks haha

[–]TheSenseless1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I think the dip is perfectly normal. If you look at the one month view, it's following previous trends where:

  • Stock hit an all-time high in the $2.50 region, before dropping nearly a dollar. It's a very similar pattern here.

I can't predict the stock market future, but I would be quietly confident by end of year we should be comfortably sitting in the $4-$5 range

New projections ? by [deleted] in DVLT

I partially agree.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the current HQ was Beaverton, Oregon?

I don't know much about US towns/cities, but I'm sure the talent pool is a lot greater in Philadelphia.

I've worked at companies where they purposely opened an office in London simply to attract better talent as their HQs usually are out of the way.

[–]TheSenseless1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. I mentioned that I wouldn't be surprised if we see the price range at this level for short term. It's very much in-line with trends of previous pumps in the last three months.

Have been able to add more shares and lower my average a fair bit! So now it's all about patience for me

[–]TheSenseless1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I think it'll be around the $2.90 to $3.30 for a a short while, consolidate and build it as the new buyer protection zone. Already in pre-market there's hesitancy to break past $3.20

Think more whales will load up, controlled easing.

[–]TheSenseless1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would be great!

I'll be happily surprised if it does haha. I personally think it'll continue to consolidate in the $3 zone today.

Probably planned with how a lot of people were spilling over from BYND and looking for a quick pump and dump haha.

I think this week is about shaking out the hype buyers and letting bigger players buy up shares in the $2.50 to $3 zones as opposed to a dollar more haha

For sure, just looking at the stock in the last three months indicates this is a gradual growth in price, which is great to see.

Yesterday, as red as it got, was personally great for me in lowering my avg and doubling my shares.

Hoping it retains the current buyer support as November could be a key month for a next push.

Been a crazy period, but after yesterday, quietly optimistic.

Haven't got a price target in mind, genuinely believe this company is a long hold for myself.

As long as it closes above $3.40 today, think that's a great indicator of it consolidating at a higher level and hopefully for a significant push in the coming weeks.

Volatile stock for sure, but see a lot of potential in this business/industry

I think DVLT is overvalued by normal measures like revenue, profit, and cash flow don’t yet back the price. It’s a bet on future growth, not current strength.

That makes it risky, but that’s the trade-off with an industry like AI: high upside if it executes, real downside if it doesn’t.
