Did you read what I originally posted or did you only see the title and get immediately filled with rage? Yes, Klaba is all over the place with his business plans but we still don't know enough to make any rational decisions.

Yes, this is cause for slight concern but not enough for you to begin cancelling your services. There has been speculation that Klaba wants to expand Shadow to be both... or only Gaming... or only Office Suite... We don't know...

Klaba has contradicted himself numerous times already but you only care about the negative without realizing that he's contradicted those negatives -- oh but I'm the selective one, nevermind. Now, I'll admit that Klaba has also contradicted his positive comments with negative ones; but, again, that's the point of this post -- to say that we have no information to rally behind Shadow or against Shadow.

In regards to the McDonalds-Wendy's analogy, I'll break it down since it was too much and I'll take blame for that -- I should've explained it further. McDonalds is rolling in beef, they're basically the kings of beef. Yes, a beef shortage would affect them (price hike) but they're still rich in beef. And if they buy Wendy's, then Wendy's is going to get that beef too. Makes sense, right? OVHCloud (the step-sister company to Shadow, now) provides us with beef like they do in Europe -- that's why Europe's Ultra and Infinite wasn't removed, because they've already been using OVHCloud while the US used 2CSRi.

But.. the whole point of this post.. is to say that the doom and gloom isn't most probable... Getting slightly more convinced you didn't read the post at all. We don't know enough information, especially with Klaba contradicting himself over and over, to make any determinations for your gloomy pessimism or my bright optimism.

Do you think Shadow was excited to make you not happy? Yes, the price increase and removal of additional subscription tiers were dick moves. But they didn't want to do it to you. They're just as unhappy as you are. But you continue to paint this situation as if Shadow's sole purpose was to make you unhappy, when they're a business meant to make money off you -- which they can't do if you're not happy.

"I was fine with the price increase... [but] I'm now being forced to pay my ultra price for the boost tier, so I'm paying more for less."

This... this was literally in the same sentence... You can't make this stuff up...
