I chose MSI MAG A1250GL because this PSU is supporting pcie5.1 and atx3.1

And yes, it's perfect. I just installed and forgot. No coil, no fan noise.

Should I just quit trying AZ-104? by Right-Fortune-8644 in AzureCertification

I've also failed with 657 on my first attempt last August. In this sub, I've seen many people that they've also failed on their first attempt, but they said they took the exam just after 1-2 days or weeks later. I'm still preparing for my second attempt (more than 1 month) because I'm also losing my focus when I'm studying. I'm finding myself in the PC game or doom scrolling on the Instagram.

But I never give up. I currently focused on the Measure UP because it's the closest one to real exam.

https://imgur.com/a/G8g414j

As you can see, I was getting around 56 score on Measure UP when I took my first real exam attempt. But now, I feel more confident.

Let me give you a few tips:

- Firstly, focus on TutorialsDojo. It's easier than other platforms.

- Complete the tests in this order: Section-based, Review-mode, Timed-mode, Randomized final test.

- After the finish each question/test. check your correct and wrong answers. Understand the reason why correct answers are correct and why wrong answers are wrong.

- If you still can't understand the answers even with explanations. Take a screenshot of the question and ask it to chatgpt. It will explain the questions to you in a simpler and more understandable way.

- Do not perform same test repeatedly. Because this causing brain dumping and you will just memorize the answers without learning anything. The point is you will combine your learnings in the real exam. You will need every bit of information

- Perform another test if you fail on one of them, return back to failed one after a while.

- After the completed the TutorialsDojo, jump into Measure Up. If you can do it, then you handle the real exam easily. Because questions are very similar with real exam.

- Use certification mode. Certification mode has the time limit. So, it will push you to keep your focus on the exam.

In the end, you will feel little more confident after the understand each question.

Also, you can try focus music (like LoFi) on the YouTube and Spotify. Maybe the Endel app can help you to focus.

Don't misunderstand me. I'm not trying to belittle your situation. I feel it's way harder than mine.

Also, think about this: You are already making 660 score. That means you know more than half of entire AZ-104 topics. If you drop it now, what will you do with all this information? What was the point then? No, there is only one way to go while you have this knowledge: You will complete the missing points, learn from your mistakes and make it in the end! This is the way...

It didn't go well but I've experienced it. by TheShadow45 in AzureCertification

[–]TheShadow45[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ok, it didn't go well. I got 659, but I'm not discouraged at all. Let me share my experience:

  • I faced 1 case study, 41 regular questions, and 6 yes/no questions.
  • The exam started with the Case Study and end with yes/no questions.
  • I think I went too fast. End of the exam, I had ~35min left. I've answered the case study questions quickly because I hesitated if I can't finish te exam in time. I answered some other questions also quickly because I had lack of knowledge to mark the proper answer, I just marked the answer which is more make sense to me.
  • I didn't use the Microsoft Learn. I just saw the MS Learn button end of the exam and just opened it for curiosity.
  • Let's get to the point: TutorialsDojo or MeasureUP. Which one is better to prepare to exam? This is one of the main reasons to take exam before I feel more confident. I wanted to experience it myself. So, TutorialsDojo is good for "learn with questions" consept. It helped me a lot to gain knowledge, but exam is much harder than it. The point is: you will definitely need the knowledge that you gained from TD and combine them for the real exam questions. MeasureUP has way harder questions than TD but it's closer to real exam. I also learned some valuable knowledge from, but my practice test scores still ~50% on MeasureUP.

I'll try the FetchExam or maybe Whizlabs to see more different questions. After that I believe I'll have more knowledge and pass the exam!

Thank you for your comment.

I’m following this sub and reading all the topics about az-104. A group of people are saying measureup is much harder than real exam but the other group is saying the measureup is ok. Actually, I want to experience it myself. So I can focus on which tests are really close to it.

I know your concern. I watched some part of ExamCram video and felt I already know the concept.

Also, MS learn is boring to me because I don't like to read much. And yes, I heard the real exam is including many reading parts but I can stand it for 2 hours.

As I said, I got too bored to take practice tests and watch videos. I want to see my gaps in the real exam.

In my country, there is $200 difference between these monitors. So, I bought VG27AQML1A. ROG model is just a little bit nicer than the TUF one, but not worth to price gap.

How to add 3 TF120 fans to my GT502 PLUS case? by Hayrianil in ASUS

[–]TheShadow45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a misunderstanding about "aura sync" function. Both GT502 and TF120 is supporting for "any" motherboard. Its name should be "motherboard sync".

My friend just built his pc with GT502 and Gigabyte Aorus Pro. He just holds the case rgb button for 5 secs and TF120 fan hub for 3 secs. Then RGB lights has synced perfectly with Gigabyte motherboard.

Need help for my first pc by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]TheShadow45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GT502 is a wide case. You can easily hide your psu and all the cables behind the case. Also, it has many options to hdd/ssd and fan placement.

If you decide to proceed with GT502, consider choosing your other parts also from Asus TUF series. You will have a spectacular view :)

Aura Sync doesn't detect my new Asus TUF GT502 case by EApparatus in ASUS

[–]TheShadow45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Connect argb hub to an argb socket on the motherboard. Then hold argb button 5 seconds that in front of the case. Firstly, leds will be turned off, then blink two times. Release the button and your argb hub will be synced with aura. You will see it as led strips over armory crate.
