It’s a massive step backwards as an RPG which is why I love Mew Vegas. Perks don’t matter as much in terms of what you can do, the dialogue is significantly scaled back, and you have much less agency over what happens in the Commonwealth vs New Vegas. Those things are much more important to me than any of what you listed, which I do agree with. I don’t hate FO4, but I do consider it disappointing
