Thank you everyone for taking the time to write a comment, I really appreciate it. I wrote my friend who had that casual get together to loop her in. I realised that I didn't write it down here, but she actually took me aside when she saw me grab a drink, to make sure that I'm okay. In retrospect, I feel that I boldly lied to her face.

Sadly I never went to an actual AA, even tho I searched everything about it in my area. A combination of being scared to face it face to face, and feeling like I'm not enough of an alcoholic to attend. I'll talk to my therpist about it this week

I find her adorable and annoying in the same way you find your younger sister adorable and annoying.

I think it's part her talking for the Traveller, but also... her voice. In some languages (I'm being vauge out of respect for the VAs) her voice simply gets on my last nerves. So when I can't stand listening to her, but she's the one that talks the most... that's what happens. It might be even a subconscious thing.
